Belgian Ardennes, December 1944. Günther Schmidhuber, a German paracommando, is at the start of an extremely secret and dangerous assignment. Together with some other German commandos, he must infiltrate the enemy lines, dressed as an American soldier.
But if the Americans discover Günther's true identity, they will execute him as a spy.
This operation (called Operation Greif) is led by Otto Skorzeny, Hitler's favorite SS commander. Skorzeny gives Günther, his best man, a special assignment. An assignment that must drastically change the course of the war in Western Europe.
